Tillamook Cheese Enhances Shreds Line

Looking for convenience, consistent quality and mouth-watering flavor? Back by popular demand Tillamook Cheese has enhanced its shredded cheese line with five new flavors to choose from. These are: Classic Cheddar that provides a mixture of cheese including Sharp, Vintage White Medium and Medium; Mexican that has a blend of Medium, Monterey Jack and Queso Quesadilla; two new Italian blends, one with Mozzarella and Parmesan, and adding Smoked Provolone to the mix of Mozzarella and Parmesan is the other Italian blend; and last but not less flavorful, shredded Colby Jack.

Tillamook’s shredded cheeses are delightfully versatile and can be used as a main ingredient or as a delicious accent to your favorite dish. Sprinkle Tillamook shreds on top of your enchiladas for a tasty delight, or boast your favorite flavor as the key ingredient in your macaroni and cheese dish.

“Tillamook’s shredded cheese offers everyday quality and convenience for our consumers,” said Jay Allison, Tillamook Cheese’s vice president of sales and marketing. “The new shreds will provide a larger flavor profile for cooking needs; we think they’ll be popular with consumers.”

Tillamook cheese is made from the finest ingredients, including fresh milk from cows not treated with artificial growth hormone rBST. Tillamook shreds are currently shipping and will be available at most major retailers where Tillamook shredded cheese is sold.
