In 1909, a handful of dairy farmers in Tillamook County, Oregon, formed the Tillamook County Creamery Association. One hundred years later, they are still using the original cheese recipe. Tillamook Cheese is an award winning favorite and a household name. Over the years, some of the greatest recipes in the nation have been created, tested and tasted in anticipation of the release of one of the most promising upcoming cookbooks.

Compiled by Tillamook’s senior brand manager, Kathy Holstad, the granddaughter of a second-generation Tillamook dairy farmer, the book is a compilation of over 130 recipes from appetizers, soups and salads, main courses and desserts, as well as recipes from local Northwest chefs. An entire section is devoted to the ultimate comfort food, macaroni and cheese, including recipes seen from across the nation through the annual Tillamook Macaroni & Cheese Contest.
