December 3, 2008 Tillamook Cheese is proud to announce the release of The Tillamook Cheese Cookbook: Celebrating 100 Years of Excellence. In 1909, a handful of dairy farmers in Tillamook County, Oregon, formed the Tillamook County Creamery Association. One hundred years later, they are still using the original cheese recipe.
