Description:

Tillamook Colby Cheese, like Monterey Jack, is a stirred-curd cheese made with pasteurized milk. Colby cheese has a slightly higher moisture content than cheddar, giving it a softer texture and a mellow, buttery flavor. Annatto coloring is used to achieve the yellow color typical of Colby.

Try it in a sandwich or served as an appetizer with your favorite crackers or bread.

Ingredients:
Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Annatto (color).

Handling and storage tips:

Cheese should be kept in its original package, covered tightly after opening, and placed in the coldest section of the refrigerator (under 40°F) to prevent drying out or becoming moldy.

Cheese is best served at room temperature. Cut off the amount needed about an hour before serving and return remainder to the refrigerator.
