Tillamook Colby Jack Shredded Cheese is the delightful result of the wedding of Colby and Monterey Jack cheese. The combination creates a gentle, savory flavor, while the mixing of the cheeses’ yellow and white colors gives it a special visual appeal.

Ingredients:
 Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Annatto (color), Potato Starch and Cellulose Powder (added to prevent caking), Natamycin (natural mold inhibitor).

Handling and storage tips:
Shredded cheese should be used within 3-5 days of opening and always be stored so as to prevent air from reaching the product. While our smaller sized shreds come in resealable bags, our large 5# shred does not and you may want to separate the cheese into several resealable bags for storage and/or freezing.
