Description:
In response to consumer demand for cheese alternatives with less fat, we developed Tillamook Reduced Fat Sliced Cheddar Cheese. This cheese is made with pasteurized part-skim milk and is one-third lower in fat than our regular cheddar cheese. It's a welcome addition to all kinds of dishes.

Ingredients:
Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Annatto (color).

Handling and storage tips:
Cheese should be kept in its original package, covered tightly after opening, and placed in the coldest section of the refrigerator (under 40°F) to prevent drying out or becoming moldy.

Sliced cheese should be used within 3-5 days of opening and always be stored so as to prevent air from reaching the product. Place any unused product in a resealable bag and remove air before closing.
