This Mexican Blend merges rich-tasting medium cheddar with monterey jack cheese and queso quesadilla. Use in any southwestern recipe for a unique flavor touch.

Ingredients:
Cheddar Cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzymes, annatto [color]), Monterey Jack Cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes), Queso Quesadilla Cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes), Potato Starch and Cellulose Powder (added to prevent caking) and Natamycin (natural mold inhibitor).

Handling and storage tips:
Shredded cheese should be used within 3-5 days of opening and always be stored so as to prevent air from reaching the product. While our smaller sized shreds come in resealable bags, our large 5# shred does not and you may want to separate the cheese into several resealable bags for storage and/or freezing.
