Description:

Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese blends the mellow essence of Monterey Jack with the spicy "zing" of jalapeño peppers to create a flavor that both comforts and invigorates. Add Pepper Jack cheese to Southwestern recipes or simply enjoy it cubed with crackers as a snack.

Ingredients:
Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Jalapeno Peppers, Salt, Enzymes.

Handling and storage tips:

Cheese should be kept in its original package, covered tightly after opening, and placed in the coldest section of the refrigerator (under 40°F) to prevent drying out or becoming moldy.

Cheese is best served at room temperature. Cut off the amount needed about an hour before serving and return remainder to the refrigerator.
