Queso Blend Shredded Cheese mixes the smooth, understated accents of Monterey Jack and the creamy richness of Medium Cheddar.

An ideal topping for virtually any dish, especially those with a Southwestern flair.

Ingredients:
Monterey Jack Cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes), Cheddar Cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzymes, annatto (color)), Potato Starch and Cellulose Powder (added to prevent caking), Natamycin (natural mold inhibitor).

Handling and storage tips:
Shredded cheese should be used within 3-5 days of opening and always be stored so as to prevent air from reaching the product. While our smaller sized shreds come in resealable bags, our large 5# shred does not and you may want to separate the cheese into several resealable bags for storage and/or freezing.
