To give consumers more cheese alternatives with less fat, we introduced Tillamook Reduced Fat Monterey Jack Cheese. Made with pasteurized part-skim milk, it is one-third lower in fat than our regular Monterey Jack Cheese. Add it to just about any dish, or enjoy it on its own.

Ingredients:
Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes.

Handling and storage tips:

Cheese should be kept in its original package, covered tightly after opening, and placed in the coldest section of the refrigerator (under 40°F) to prevent drying out or becoming moldy.

Cheese is best served at room temperature. Cut off the amount needed about an hour before serving and return remainder to the refrigerator.
