Tillamook Sharp Shredded Cheddar is aged for over nine months to achieve a full-bodied flavor marked by sharper accents than our medium cheddar. Available in several convenient sizes to accommodate any culinary challenge. Great sprinkled over soup or as a way to spice up a favorite main dish.

Ingredients:
Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Annatto (color), Potato Starch and Cellulose Powder (added to prevent caking), Natamycin (natural mold inhibitor).

Handling and storage tips:
Shredded cheese should be used within 3-5 days of opening and always be stored so as to prevent air from reaching the product. While our smaller sized shreds come in resealable bags, our large 5# shred does not and you may want to separate the cheese into several resealable bags for storage and/or freezing.
