Tillamook Colby Jack Cheese is the delightful result of the wedding of Colby and Monterey Jack cheese. The combination creates a gentle, savory flavor, while the mixing of the cheeses’ yellow and white colors gives it a visual appeal unlike any other specialty cheese.

Sliced Colby Jack is a nutritious, kid pleasing snack.  It's versitility makes it excellent layered in sandwiches or displayed on cheese platters.

Ingredients:
Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Annatto (color).

Handling and storage tips:

Cheese should be kept in its original package, covered tightly after opening, and placed in the coldest section of the refrigerator (under 40°F) to prevent drying out or becoming moldy.

Sliced cheese should be used within 3-5 days of opening and always be stored so as to prevent air from reaching the product. Place any unused product in a resealable bag and remove air before closing.
