Tillamook Vintage White Extra Sharp Cheddar is aged for over two years, the longest of all our cheddars.  This patience makes possible the cheese’s strikingly mature, award-winning flavor. This is the sharpest of our cheeses, and slightly crumbly, it’s a perfect companion to fruit and wine.

8 oz. Deli Cuts are perfect for when you need a premium-quality cheese in a smaller portion. Look for it in the retail service deli.

Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes.

Handling and storage tips:

Cheese should be kept in its original package, covered tightly after opening, and placed in the coldest section of the refrigerator (under 40°F) to prevent drying out or becoming moldy.

Cheese is best served at room temperature. Cut off the amount needed about an hour before serving and return remainder to the refrigerator.
