Tillamook Vintage White Medium Cheddar Cheese is aged over 100 days and features a distinct velvety fuller cheddar flavor that pairs especially well with fruit and wine.

Unique in it's white appearance and aged 40 days longer than our traditional medium cheddar.

Ingredients:
Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes.

Handling and storage tips:

Cheese should be kept in its original package, covered tightly after opening, and placed in the coldest section of the refrigerator (under 40°F) to prevent drying out or becoming moldy.

Cheese is best served at room temperature. Cut off the amount needed about an hour before serving and return remainder to the refrigerator.
