Description:

A memorable mingling of white chocolate and milk chocolate ice cream swirled together amid a flurry of chocolate flakes.  Formerly known as "Brown Cow".

Ingredients:

Nonfat Milk, Cream, Sugar, Corn Syrup, Chocolate Syrup (high fructose corn syrup, nonfat milk, butter, corn syrup, chocolate liquor, sugar, sodium citrate, whey, vanilla extract, disodium phosphate, locust bean gum, guar gum, lecithin), Chocolate Flakes (sugar, coconut oil, cocoa processed with alkali, partially hydrogenated coconut oil, cocoa, salt, lecithin, natural flavor), White Chocolate Syrup (buttermilk, sugar, corn syrup, cocoa butter, butter, salt, natural flavors, titanium dioxide, phosphoric acid, glycerol monostearate, xanthan gum), Contains less than 2% of the following: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Cellulose Gum, Mono- and Diglycerides, Polysorbate 80, Carrageenan, Natural and Artificial Flavor.

ALLERGEN INFORMATION: This product contains milk products, soy products and tree nuts. It is made with equipment that also makes products containing wheat, peanuts and eggs.

Handling and storage tips:

Tillamook Ice Cream must be kept below 0 degrees Fahrenheit (ideally -20 degrees is desired).  If your ice cream is allowed to warm and then is refrozen, the quality of the ice cream may be compromised.

When grocery shopping, make sure Tillamook Ice Cream is the last item selected. Hurry home safely with your ice cream and place it in the freezer immediately.
