Privacy Statement and Submitted Ideas Policy

The protection of the privacy of its online guests is important to us at Tillamook County Creamery Association (TCCA).  This policy seeks to describe our objectives regarding the privacy you should expect while visiting our site.  Any concerns you may have regarding your online privacy in connection with your visit to our site should be brought to our attention.

1. As provided by the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), TCCA will never knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without first obtaining parental consent.
