Classic Tillamook Cheeseburger®

Instructions:

Form the beef into 4 (½ inch thick) patties. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high. Add burgers and cook 4 minutes on each side, until a thermometer inserted in the center reads 155° F. Top each patty with a cheese slice, turn off heat and cover until cheese melts.

Serve burgers on Kaiser rolls with pickles, lettuce, onions and your favorite condiments.

Makes 4 cheeseburgers

Ingredients:
1¼ pounds ground beef
Salt and pepper
4 slices Tillamook® Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 Kaiser rolls, split and toasted
1 tomato, sliced
Pickle slices
Lettuce
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
