Corn Spoonbread with Green Chiles
Description: This recipe is displayed on the package of our new Tillamook Finely Shredded Mexican, a blend of medium cheddar and pepper jack cheese.

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Spread mixture in 8 x 8 baking pan. Bake 35 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 10-15 minutes, until a knife comes out clean. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
1 (8.5 ounce) box corn muffin mix
1 (8.5 ounce) can creamed corn
1 cup frozen corn
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles, drained
1 cup Tillamook® Sour Cream
1 stick Tillamook® Salted Butter, melted
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup Tillamook® Finely Shredded Mexican with medium cheddar and Pepper Jack Cheese
