Crab Bundles with Mozzarella

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Lightly butter baking sheet. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, crabmeat, Tabasco, salt and lemon juice. Set aside. In a small skillet, over medium-low heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add scallions and sauté for 2 minutes. Add to crab mixture and stir to combine. Unroll dough and separate into 8 triangles. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of filling on wide end of each triangle. Roll up each triangle, beginning with wide end. Tuck ends under and place bundles on prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp. Tillamook® Salted Butter (plus extra for buttering baking sheet)
¼ cup (2 oz.) cream cheese, softened
½ cup (2 oz.) Tillamook® Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
3 oz. crabmeat, picked over for shells and squeezed to remove excess moisture
4 drops Tabasco® Sauce
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped scallions
1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
