Crispy Tacos with Pork
Description: This recipe is displayed on the package of our new Tillamook Finely Shredded Mexican, a blend of medium cheddar, monterey jack and queso quesadilla cheese.

Instructions:
In large skillet brown pork; drain excess fat. Mix taco seasoning with pork and cook according to packet directions. Warm taco shells for 5 minutes at 350oF. Fill taco shells with equal amounts pork mixture and shredded cheese. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and salsa.

Serves 6

Ingredients:
1 pound ground pork
1 packet taco seasoning (about 1.4 oz.)
12 corn taco shells (about 5.5 oz)
1 (8 oz.) package Tillamook® Finely Shredded Mexican with Medium Cheddar, Monterey Jack & Queso Quesadilla Cheese
1 ¼  cups shredded lettuce
3/4 cup diced tomatoes
Salsa
