Roll 'em Ups
Description: Perfect for busy, active people, these wraps deliver a bounty of healthy, fresh flavor in a surprisingly small package. Great for picnics, lunches or any time you need to take a meal on the go!

Instructions:

Pat meat dry with a paper towel. Spread 1 teaspoon cream cheese on each slice of meat. Quarter pickle lengthwise and separate the cheese into 4 equal portions.

Place one pickle slice and 1/4 of the shredded cheese on each meat slice and roll up. (Alternative: substitute a thin carrot stick or red pepper slice for the pickle). If desired, you can make the meal complete and serve with whole grain mini-bagel, orange wedges, broccoli floweret and milk.

Ingredients:
4 deli-style slices turkey, ham or roast beef 
1/2 cup Tillamook® Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1 dill pickle
4 teaspoons light cream cheese
