Tillamook Cheddar Hash Browns
Description: The right hash browns can save a blah breakfast. Try these and you may even forget there’s anything else on your plate. Add a dash of creamy with a Tillamook® Sour Cream topper.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.         
         
In a large bowl, combine hash browns, 1 1/2 cups cheese, sour cream, thyme, salt and pepper. Place mixture in a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake 45 minutes    

Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake until cheese is melted, 3 to 5 minutes. Top with bacon and green onion; serve with salsa and sour cream.   

Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients:
3 cups pre-cooked shredded hash browns        
2/3 cup Tillamook® Sour Cream        
1 8-ounce package Tillamook® Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (2 cups)    
1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme        
1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper        
Garnishes:  crumbled bacon, sliced green onion, salsa, Tillamook® Sour Cream
