Tillamook Cheesy Zucchini Gratin
Description: This recipe is displayed on the back of our new Tillamook 8 oz. Finely Shredded Colby Jack Cheese package.

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375o F.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large pan. Add zucchini, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and water. Cook over medium, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes just until zucchini is tender.  Remove from heat and let rest for 10 minutes.  Combine 3/4 cup cheese with vegetable mixture and pour into 9-inch pie pan.

In small bowl, moisten breadcrumbs with butter; mix in remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Sprinkle evenly over top of pie.

Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 medium zucchini cut into 1/2 inch half rounds (about 6 cups)
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup water
1 ¼ cup Tillamook® Finely Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese, divided
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon Tillamook® Butter, melted
