Vegetable Cheese Calzones
Description: It's really just another way to eat everyone's favorite dish: pizza! And if you don't tell the kids about the broccoli, neither will we!

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Unroll dough; place on greased baking sheet.  Press dough to 14 x 10-inch rectangle.  Cut into two 7 x 5-inch rectangles.

Toss cheese with basil.  Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese mixture onto half of each rectangle; layer with tomato slices and broccoli florets.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper; layer with garbanzo beans, olives and remaining cheese.  Fold dough over filling.  Press edges with fork to seal;  prick tops with fork.  Bake until puffed and golden brown,  15 to 18 minutes.  Serve hot.
